To prevent bubbles in the detector cell, we recommend the use the variable backpressure regulator. Even degassed mobile phase can ’outgas’ when expanding after the columns outlet. With the proper backpressure this effect can be avoided. Please note to not overpressure your detector cell. See your detector manual or contact your local instruments supplier for guidance
